To make a reservation or to request additional information, please include as much information as possible in the form above. Our booking agent will then contact you to confirm the information, make the necessary modifications and make arrangements for the deposit.
 

 DEPOSITS
We require a $100 initial deposit to hold your reservation.  All deposits can be made in the form of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  You can also make a direct deposit into our bank.  Just ask us for our banking information and routing number.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations can be made by contacting our booking office.  Complete deposit refund will be given for any reservation cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival.  Cancellations 7 to 14 days prior to arrival will be given a voucher valued at 100% of deposit for future stay. Cancellation 6 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.

******Tours and Transfers:  Corcovado: There will be a non refundable fee of $27 usd charged per person for each Corcovado reservation made.  Any balance paid will be refunded when tour is cancelled more that 48hrs before tour date.

Other tours: Complete refund for any tour (not including Corcovado) with more than 48hrs notice.

Transfers: Any cancelled private transport reservations will incur a $100 minimum fee or 100% charge whichever is lower, if made less than 15 days before arrival.
